Then open FRMS, open the patch browser, and on the left-hand side near the top you will see BANK, just to the right of that is a little icon with a down-pointing arrow, tap on that and go and locate the file you downloaded.

Tap on the file and it will ask you to import into FRMS, job done, enjoy the sounds.
